The light on this rose stopped me in my tracks yesterday morning – was almost ethereal. I think when we are struck by these fleeting moments of beauty in nature that we are supposed to pause, let it enter us, and feel its grace. That’s me anyway. How – or what – do they make you feel? My rootin’ tootin’ cowboy nephew was head wrangler at the #mooseheadranch outside #Jacksonhole a few summers ago and my sister took this video of him mounting up. I have watched it like a million times, while the very thought of doing it myself would be enough to put me in traction. This same wonderful young man is back in Jackson and back on his feet as he continues his long and brave recovery from a skiing accident this winter. God bless him and all the friends, family, doctors, and nurses who kept him going. So proud of him and happy to see him! #jacksonhole #wyoming #cowboy #mounting @duvallfuqua
